De-stress Fest week is designed to provide programming across campus which promote and celebrate wellness by hosting activities and events that address the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and occupational stressors that accompany student life (particularly around exam season!) We can’t wait to de-stress with YOU!

Are you absolutely stressed out? Have you ever wanted to go back to a simpler time? Well, make a quick stop by the UNB International Student's Association's Throwback Tuesday event and listen to songs, eat snacks and play games all from your childhood. We guarantee that you will leave refreshed, de-stressed and with a prize!

Our pals at URec have partnered to host the perfect lunch hour de-stress activity; a yoga class overlooking the quad! Grab a friend and join us in the ballroom for some guided relaxation!
