ABC’s of Food Safety
If your event involves preparation or storage of food, please consult the following food safety document for best practices.
Travel Waiver
If you are travelling a significant distance your group may have to fill out these waivers (the Student Event Review Committee will advise).
Funding Request Form
If your ratified club or society requires financial assistance for an event or initiative fill out the form well in advance.
Yearly Activation Form
Every club must fill this out annually to update their information and remain as an active club on our website. This will also provide contact information for our VP Finance and Clubs & Societies Coordinator.

Physical Activity Waiver
If you are planning an event with physical activity, you need to fill out this form for insurance purposes!
Chartwells Food Waiver
If you are planning an event with food not supplied by Chartwells you will need to fill out this waiver form, submit it to their main office in the SUB, and have your request approved.
EVENT APPLICATION
The Student Event Application Form must be submitted on the Sunday a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. Please ensure you have any subsequent waivers or forms filled out in advance. Access the Event Application form here.
Student Sustainability Fund
The UNBSU and UNB Sustainability partnered to create the Student Sustainability Fund (SSF) for the UNB Fredericton campus. Individual students, clubs, and societies are welcome to apply for funding to support their sustainability work on campus. Access the Student Sustainability Fund application form here.
