Meet Ariane Robbins

Ariane Robbins is the Director of Campus Events at the UNB Student Union. A proud Arts student pursuing a double major in Criminology and Criminal Justice & Law in Society, she brings passion, organization, and a love for student life to her role. Originally from Petit-Rocher, New Brunswick, Ariane is deeply committed to creating meaningful and memorable experiences for students across campus.

In her role, Ariane works closely with the VP of Student Engagement to plan and execute a wide range of campus events throughout the year. From budgeting and booking venues to brainstorming creative promotional ideas, she ensures every detail is covered so students can relax, have fun, and make lasting memories. She also leads the Student Experience Team (SET), a passionate group of student volunteers dedicated to promoting UNBSU activities and spreading school spirit.

This year, Ariane’s main goal is to boost student participation and make every student feel connected and included at UNB. She hopes to show first-year students that it’s never too early to get involved and remind upper-year students that it’s never too late to engage with the campus community. Driven by a future goal of attending law school and becoming a criminal defence lawyer, Ariane sees her time with the SU as a way to empower others, challenge norms, and build a stronger, more supportive student experience at UNB.
