Math Learning Centre

Description:
The Math Learning Centre offers free tutoring to all students registered in a UNB first or second-year math or stat course. Services include a Drop-In Centre, Private one-to-one tutoring, workshops and exam review sessions. Details are emailed to qualified classes during the first week of class.

The following services are offered during the regular Fall and Winter semesters:

Drop-in Sessions: if you need a place to work on assignments or get help with a particular problem you can drop by the Drop-in Centre located in UNB Fredericton's Tilley Hall, Room 422 (see the Campus Map). A tutor will be available to assist you if you have any questions.
Private Appointments: Free private and Small Group Tutoring is available for students. To book an appointment please go Here. Note: you can see available appointments for seven days in advance. All tutoring takes place in Tilley Hall, Room 422.
Semi-Private Appointments for Math 1003: free Math help for students in Math 1003 is held on Monday and Thursday from 6:00-9:00 PM in the Science Library. To book a one-hour appointment go to the Science Library anytime after 5:00 PM to put your name on that sign-up sheet for that evening. Up to 5 students may book for each time slot.
Midterm & Final Exam Review: reviews are done before Midterms and Final exams. Emails will be sent regarding the time and place of reviews. You can find the information for the review events on the MLC D2L page. To access, go to your D2L main page, scroll down to find and click on "Math Learning Centre/Fredericton".
