Fredericton Transit

The City of Fredericton has a transit system that runs throughout the city. To make it a little easier for you to understand, we've collected as much relevant information about it here as possible. If you think we left something out, contact Joey at external@unbsu.ca and we'll add it in.

For Purchase in the Student Union Welcome Centre

10-Ride Card: $18.00 (Cheaper than the Student Monthly Pass if you ride the bus less than 22 times per month)
Student Monthly Pass: $42.00 (also available for purchase at City Hall)
65 Plus Monthly Pass: $50.00
Adult Monthly Pass: $65.00

Note: Children under 6 with an adult can ride at no cost, and buses cost $2.00 per ride when paying cash. A map of other ticket outlets can be found here.

Price change as of January 1st, 2012: 10-Ride Card will increase to $20.00 and per-ride fare will increase to $2.25
