All of the following forms must be completed in full before your club will be considered for ratification or recognition at the beginning of each year. After your application is submitted, it will be reviewed promptly by the Student Union Clubs & Societies Committee.

Upon review, you will be notified whether your club has been ratified/recognized or not. Should you have any questions or comments, please email the Andrew, the VP Finance & Operations, at finance@unbsu.ca.
