Clubs and Societies
The UNB Student Union provides host to numerous clubs and societies including faculty and departmental groups, cultural groups, special interest groups, and sports groups. These groups encompass a set of mandates and purposes so diverse that anyone can find a club or society that interests them (and if not, we’ll help you start your own!).

Current Clubs and Societies
You need to reactivate your club every year. To do so, just fill out this form:
Contact Information Form. By submitting this form you will become eligible for funding.
If you are looking to get funding from the Student Union for your club or society, you can either submit your funding request online, or fill out this form and take it to the Student Union Welcome Centre (SUB 102) located in the lobby of the Student Union Building. Online submission is encouraged.
You can also get Pepsi Products and funding from the Pepsi Promotional budget line. To do so you can submit your request online or submit a papercopy to the Student Union Welcome Centre. Online submission is encouraged.

Check out the guide on how to draft your group’s constitution, and be sure to read the Clubs & Societies Handbook because it is full of useful information you will need to start your group. The Clubs & Societies Handbook will also provide you with the information on how you can use the Student Union to become the best club or society on campus!

Clubs & Societies Fair
Twice each year, the Student Union hosts a Clubs & Societies Fair to showcase the numerous Clubs & Societies that are active on campus. The Fair plays host to a diverse group of Clubs & Societies so, whatever your interest, there is sure to be a Club or Society where you can meet new people with interests the same as yours!
The dates for the Fair are as follows:
September 13th, 11am-2pm in the Atrium
January 10th, 11am-2pm in the Atrium
